Do you feed yours? I usually direct feed my favias, but no sign of any feeders on this one. Within the last two month or so of having it, it developed 3 baby heads and I'd like to speed it up a little.

i don't feed mine, but it puts out some killer sweepers at night, longest i've seen was several inches, i've had to keep it away from everything as it almost took out a chalice and an acan.

No fair. You all have peace corals. I haven't been able to find one :-(

took me a long time before i could find one in a trade in which i only got a couple of small polyps. definitely wouldn't expect to find a frag for sell or trade bigger than 2 or 3 polyps.

there may be other purple/green favias out there, but there is really no comparison to the peace favia. its tons brighter than any other purple/green morph i've ever seen.

I don't feed my war and peace but as mentioned above it has some long sweepers

Hmm... Mine puffs up significantly, but I would've never thought these guys would have long sweepers, nor accept mysis. Where do you guys have it placed in your tank? I have it under pretty heavy flow but indirect light. Maybe I should try placing it under less intense flow?

Anybody want to show some pics for those of us without this cool looking got to have coral.

Here is mine, this is an older picture it is about 2 times the size now. I keep mine towards the bottom of the tank & do not target feed it.

I totally agree!

:thumbleft:

Mine tends to go more Pink then Purple, but still totally agree!

I recently lost my frag but I'm glad to see some survivors from momma... I got my very first frag from Raptor... it's a really good grower too once settled..

Hey Marvin once mine grows onto the flat piece of the rock, i will gladly get you a frag. Should be a couple months, the way its growing now.
