Hi will have a 125 gallon reef aquarium, and was thinking of maybe adding a peacock flounder. I was wondering what fish it could live with. I will have some tangs, butterflyfish, gobies, 2 clownfish, and some others later on... Would these be able to live with the peacock flounder?

I looked up some information on that species and it looks like they get to about 15-18” or so. Flounder are also highly predatory so I’d assume anything smaller would be a meal. Also, flounder tend to just kinda chill in the sand and doesn’t seem like a very interesting fish. Any reason you’re wanting one? Doesn’t seem like a good reef tank inhabitant.

Unless you are planning on having a small number of fish i wouldn't think that a fish of that kind would be a good idea in a reef for size and bio load alone not to mention he will make a snack of anything he can fit in his mouth. It would also limit the amount of rock you can have as they will need a decent amount of open sand to do their thing.

But tank mates naso and unicorn tang would be a good start because they are big enough to not get gulped down.

went to maui ocean center and saw them. There, they are constantly swimming and changing color. Gorgeous fish. I looked them up on live aquaria and saw they are easy and reef safe, so i thought i might give it a try

The "reef safe with caution" just means that it may not eat anything but if you do any research about this fish says it is a hunter and any small fish (clown fish and gobys) and or inverts will be eaten, rc has a thread about it didn't see anyone recommending this for a reeftank but do you.
