I was moving my Acan tonight to a new location to clear some space in the front middle of my tank for a torch I plan to get soon and uncovered some sort of critter underneath where the Acan was.

Looking on crabs sticky, it looked closest to a peanut worm. It white, tubular almost sluglike. One end has a tube like a snout.

After I uncovered it, it slowly moved away and burrowed Into the sand.

Thoughts?

Yep! :) (Now you know why they call them a peanut worm.) They are good guys.

Great, thanks for the confirmation mate. Still constantly amazed with where all these things come from...especially since I started with real Reef rock and dip all my corals so was always worried that I wouldn’t have the diversity of critters etc that I wanted!!!
