So I’ve been attempting to get my parameters in check, but it’s still a work in progress. Everything is pretty much stable atm. My Pectinia has been pretty puffy, but a few hours ago the puffiness switched to just the eyes. I haven’t fed recently so not sure what’s up.

Patience. Corals can change siginficantly depending on their mood. It can also take weeks to months and maybe even years for corals to acclimate to a ssytem and start growing. Constantly changing things, especially lighting only forces corals to adjust their photobiology which can be a source of stress and in worst case scenarios will can cause death. FWIW once Iset lighting on a system I very rarely change it.
