Pectinia Problem

Hi everyone...this pectinia has been in my tank for about 3 weeks now - inflating daily and feeders/stingers out every night seemingly happy then this morning this black spot has appeared...any ideas as to cause? Recieves moderate flow and in an area with about 170 par

Looks like it's coming from an eye,mouth could just be pooping. I wouldnt sweat it.
It's actually right on the skin..thought poop at first too and tried to gently blow away with a pipette...nothing moved...so unless they poop different from other corals somehow not sure this is the problem here...thanks tho
 
 
Keep an eye on it and Mayb an iodine dip if used tissue recession
so I have Kent's Lugol on hand but have never had to use it..suggestion on strength, length of time, or anything else...Thanks a lot - appreciate your advice
 
Last question I promise....so did the iodine dip and cannot believe how much better it looks - thanks so much for the direction...question is this...do I need to or should I repeat treatment and if so how much is too much...again much appreciation
