The larger cleaners may mess with them, but with sufficient space I think it's unlikely. When they're settled and recognize you as a fish needing cleaning, they will act super excited (shaking their antennae around) and swim over to you and it's adorable.
I would hesitate with a pistol - with sufficient space and something for them to hide in, likely not a problem, but there's potential for it. I would avoid an anemone pistol shrimp in particular.
Keep in mind that they are more sensitive to changes in salinity than most shrimp, so if you ever have to do a correction, it must be done very gradually. Also makes it trickier to make work in a small nano without an ATO, and it's worth checking the bag salinity when you begin acclimation
