Hey everyone getting an auto feeder set up what’s a good pellet food that’s not gonna cause phosphate to spike so fast and what would be good for slow sinking pellets, and what size pellets purple tang, blue ring angle fish, clowns, cromis diamond goby

I also use Ocean Nutrition Formula One Small and the fish love it. I also use it for my automatic feeder when I am not at home.

Hikari seaweed extreme is great for the algae eaters like tangs. Tdo chroma boost 1.7mm or PE pellets have been great with all my fish. I tried mixing them together but ended up running two feeders instead as it wasn’t consistent

There are lots of good ones. Most of the name brand ones have similar phosphorous content, which you need. I use New Life Spectrum but mostly since it comes in large containers. My fish love the PE Pellets, Formula II and many others.

You can use a feeding ring if the stuff does stays on the surface and needs a bit to sink. The fish will go up there and devour it.
