Pencil urchin eating kenya tree

Kenya trees been acting up for a few days and ive found that my pencil urchin staryed eating a branch of it. I was thinking about moving the urchin into my other 10 gallon tank? Good idea? I put seaweed into the tank with the pencil urchin in it but he doesnt seem to even go near it, should i try to put him on the seaweed? Anybody dealt with this before?

Mine just eats coralline and zoas, they get big fast.

Ah ok, any advice for mine?

You can try to move him, but in a ten gallon he will probably find the coral again soon enough.
