Pentair Aquatics vs Lifegard Aquatics

I am planning to buy an UV sterilizer.
What are the pro and con for both Pentair Aquatics and Lifegard Aquatics? It looks like Pentair Aquatics is more expensive than Lifegard Aquatics. Any major differences?

What sold me on lifeguard is the replaceable liner. All uv will eventually break down even uv resistant pvc, with a replaceable liner, which is inexpensive, the body will last decades and if replaced yearly will prevent the leaching into the tank from the degrading materials.
