Pentair UV power supply humming. Normal?

I have a pentair 80w smart UV. Today I noticed a higher pitched humming sound coming from it. Not sure if it was always made that sound or recently started and I just noticed it.
For anyone else that has these UV or may know. Is it normal for the power supply block to make a humming sound?

Yes. Pentair Confirmed it’s a failing ballast and sent a new one. They have great customer service from my experience.
