From what i was told magician is not pe (no green mouth), but similar looking happy pe is a pe ^_^

The way you can tell if its a people eater is if it has the specking when it's closed up. There's a lot of sick ones in this thread!

And they all got this fatness about them. Lol!

Speckling on the body, I think a lot of morphs have that. GOW has specklings, does it make it a PE?
