People who are not posting img code

Why are their so many people posting the code that makes you leave tapatalk when you click on it? It's very annoying, especially if the photo is hosted on a site that doesn't make you link back to the host like on photobucket. PLEASE POST THE IMG code!

It's very annoying though... I wish their was a way to disable all the other codes making them use either the bbc code it the img code

I am for sure in the same boat as you here..I try not to even tap pictures as 90% of them take you to a browser window..

At first I chocked it up to people not knowing how to do it..but I've seen threads where they flip flop on which link they use mid thread..

There was a relatively large thread about this a while back, but it didn't seem to make a difference sad to say..all I can say is I feel your pain lol

As for me, I post my images in the way that's most convenient and in the way that they appear the best, on the forum, for regular forum users. Since I don't use Tapatalk and since the majority of the forum viewers, on any given day, are also not using Taptalk, I don't worry about the convenience for Tapatalk users...lol. Granted, there are those who use Tapatalk but of the thousands of viewers, at any given time, they're in the minority. Maybe those who are inconvenienced should take up their concerns with Tapatalk...lol

Tapatalk DOES need to remedy this..

At the same time (and this is assuming everyone here is using photobucket, as I know many do) its actually more convenient to use the img link as all you have to do is click the img code to the right of your picture, and it sends it to clipboard saving you the step of ctrl c or right click copy from the URL bar.

Not starting an argument..just stating my opinions on this lol

I did notice a few months back that photobucket automatically inserted links in photos, so that they direct to your photobucket account. You can disable the feature in photobucket though.

Jonny, definitely not argumentative...lol.

However, A lot of members use Flickr, such as myself, which is MUCH BETTER! HAHA.

However, the posting of images is still about the same. I believe I post my images in the way that works for those with Tapatalk but I'm not sure. Let's test my theory...

Ah heck, why not a photo of my daughter shooting her bow...

Yeah, that caused a huge issue among many photobucket users!

ahh yeah i noticed those link changes as well but didnt put two and two together but noticed the PITA new trend!
I'm off to photobucket to change this now

Yeah see I had a feeling it was due to the new Pb site, personally I hate it. as for the people who don't use tapatalk, even on my pc if you click on those photos it brings you to their Pb account...

I used to love that I could put a Check next to ten photos and click generate links and just have it all pull up for me....

The only reason I still use it is because I don't want my Flickr account being clogged up with photos of say, my dirty skimmer cup lol
