Pepper Butterfly Shaky This Morning

It's morning here btw...my Peppered Butterfly has been kinda shaky and his body kinda jerks now and then since I got out of bed a few hours ago...I also noticed him scratching himself against a rock a few times but don't see any white spots and he's eating as normal. I've only had him 5 days and he was only at the store for 2 or 3 days before I bought him so he seemed perfectly healthy and has seemed fine but now I'm worried a little. Right now I have him in a 20 gallon tank to train him to eat regular aquarium food. (It's an old nano tank with plenty of live rock and sand and I thought it might help him adjust easier than a traditional QT) The tank also finished a 76 day fallow period due to ich about 10 days ago...I'm not sure why he'd get sick now, the only thing out of the ordinary that I remember doing is adding some AF Life Source (which is mud from Fiji) last night. Maybe that has something to do with his behavior this morning? What do you guys think??

Since the mud made the water so cloudy maybe it got in his gills a little and maybe irritated his skin/under his scales?
