I’ve had mixed luck...in my 90 they didn’t seem to help but I tried them again in my small cube tank because I found a good deal on them. To my surprise they’ve knocked out the aiptasia! It’s worth a try.
I got my shrimp from Top Shelf Aquatics...if you have trouble getting them from a local store, TSA is a very reputable vendor.
