Attaching probably too many photos - tank has a neon goby, two clowns, and two other peppermint shrimp that aren’t showing any spots. I noticed it at feeding time this evening but everyone’s eating just fine, the shrimp have pretty consistently been very active since i’ve gotten them. i did a larger water change monday, but this is the first time I’ve noticed it. A little worried it may be something contagious but all my searching hasn’t shown me anything specific.

Most shrimp generally develop this right before a molt and upon molt it’s gone
