I use the salifert po4 test kit also. With these tests and even the app you can assure your water parameters are where they need to be.

I use the salifert po4 test kit also. With these tests and even the app you can assure your water parameters are where they need to be.

Maybe, there is so little of phosphate in our waters, most tests are not fine enough to give a good reading.

Testing for phosphorus in PPB is all that ever worked for me.

Other tests never went lower than .2ppm when in fact, .1ppm was the value.

API test kits are / very basic, but very budget friendly, these API kits work well within a certain parimaters
