peristaltic pump calcium reactor one unit or separate?

ok, question number 2 any opinions on having the unit together or separate. Failure rate, or it really doesn't matter just keep up with maintenance. Just looking for experience.....thanks again

I have never seen a peristaltic pump attached to a reactor. I know they sell units with one included but not attached.
