Peristaltic Pump Distance

Assuming about 8 feet of vertical lift, how far can a peristaltic pump pull water? Thinking about putting saltwater container in the garage, but the distance would be 25 - 30 feet laterally.

The important variable is the pumping height - the distance laterly does not matter so much.
