Permanent TDS Meter Setup

Hi, I am setting up an RO/DI unit and was wanting to wire in the permanent tds meter while setting up.

I have to flush the carbon for 10 minutes and the membrane for 30.

My question is will the water being ran to flush those cartilages out potentially ruin the outlet part of my tds meter?

Should I set up rodi first, flush then retube and will I have to disconnect this every time I need a new membrane or new carbon cartilage?

It will be fine to install and then flush the system.

My experience is with a BRS unit that came with the TDS meter installed and all the cartridges dry. After install, first instruction was to flush the system. So I'm sure they've thought through this and no issues.
