Peroxide bath - how to mix?

Humblefish says to turn off all pumps and air stones when doing a hydrogen peroxide bath. Maybe a dumb question, but when I do my first peroxide bath today (in my 10g QT), do I just pour it in? Stir it up with my hand? It seems like with no flow it wouldn't mix well and the fish may or may not get a good bath? Thanks,

I wouldn't dip a fish in peroxide,it will damage its gills.peroxide dips is for coral.

Just mix it up a bit with something clean that won't react to the HP. A large plastic serving spoon is what I use.

Make sure the bath water is well oxygenated prior, and then cut off all pumps during the 30 min bath itself. You can use a heater during the bath if you like; however IME temp shouldn't fluctuate much in just 30 mins provided the bath is done indoors.

Fox mixing the H2O2, after the pumps are off I use a metal spoon and stir gently. (Don't agitate the water and create gas exchange.) Glass and stainless steel are inorganic and are effectively inert to the peroxide.

Thanks @Humblefish! I have a couple of other questions if you have a minute?
1. Are there any issues with using Prime to reduce ammonia before doing a peroxide bath?
2. Is there any point in combining PraziPro with TTM and Peroxide, or should I just stick with the two? And is mixing Prime and PraziPro a no no?
