Peroxide dip question

I have a couple favias that I need to dip. What strength do most of you mix up for a peroxide dip?

I have always use about 75/25. 75 percent of tank water to 25 percent of peroxide. When dipping I leave it in 3-5 minutes depending on how bad the coral is thats being dipped. I also add a couple drops of Lugol's iodine to the mix as well.
