The waste is going into the sink and I’m filling a bucket with product water. I’m using the HM meter BRS ships with the value plus 4 stage.

you need to run and waste at least 3-5 gal of "good" water until you have an idea on a used unit membrane ...

already dropped to 9 before di ? correct ??

That is after DI. I’ve only made 2.5 gallons so far. The TDS is down to about 6. It may be a water pressure thing though because the the product water isn’t a constant stream. It comes and goes in spurts. When the spurts are long enough I get low readings. If the spurt lasts long enough I have seen the TDS at 1. The TDS is lowering though. No more readings of 30.

air in system ,do you have a shut off valve on waste water line ? can you see air in any cans ?
what is your pressure

I replaced all prefikters and DI stage before sending it over. Even with a fouled membrane, It will still get down to zero in a bit. I usually throw out the first 10 gallons I make after a full reset.

It’s starting to get down to 3 more consistently. I’ve only made 2.5 gallons so far so I’ll see how it does after 10 gallons worth.

Nope, no booster pump lol. I’m not sure what out pressure out here is.

The di resin is PACKED in there and would probably zero out your source water for a bit if it had to. The carbon blocks do release tiny particles for a bit.

No valve on waste water line. I’ll look to see if air is in the system but @Lost in the Sauce packed the DI resin quite well. I don’t know my pressure unfortunately.
