NO3 is 0 today. Kit finally arrived!
I'd still discontinue P04 dosing at this point.

I’ve been running my UV light 24 seven for four months now never had a problem yet in that sense of having Dino’sI would get the brown stuff under a microscope asap, sounds like it could be dinoflagellates. A UV light is the main tool in battling most types of dinos(except Large-cell Amphidinium) along with getting the water "dirty"(stop water changes, skimmer off, PO4 ~0.1ppm Nitrate ~10ppm). I beat Ostreopsis dinos about a month ago in my 75 and am now battling Prorocentrum dinos, both times they started when I let my PO4 bottom out to zero.
If that is dinos and you want to get a cheap UV, I would personally go with the Jebao 55 watt over the Green Machine for the same price. The more wattage the better for dinos. These units are a bit bulky but I have read of many people that have had success with them for dinos. You can also just disconnect and store it after the dinos/water is clear. I used a Evolution Aqua 55 watt unit, that I already had for my koi pond, and got rid of my Ostreopsis in 3 days, just hooked it up again last night.
Check out this thread for info on identifying different types of dinos.

Dinoflagellate Identification Guide
I've had this laying around for a while. Had some recent interest, so I tweaked it a bit and am posting it. Not really about cures just ID pictures, videos, and a few short facts. Hope it can be helpful.www.reef2reef.com
Chill brother one thing at a time, this blood pressure rising hobby is a Marathon not a Sprint, but he’s I’m just learning that myself haha,, you’ll get thereIt's noticeably more clear today. Lights are off for likely diatoms issue, but it's visibly much better from the end looking through. 24W UV running for only about 7 hours now. Looking at upgrading it later. My bright idea for the poly-fil in my overflow box to catch stuff (works great) also decided to take a trip down the primary drain pipe, haha. I can't fish it out of there! Looks like I may be able to cut the drain pipes off yet and get that synergy reef sump I should've got in the first place.
Basically it’s what you signed up for when you decided to get salt water Aquarium,, believe me if I knew what was involved with this hobby I would if not done it.Drives me crazy and I like it all the same. I automated everything I needed to. Tank tops off on its own. Changes its own water. Used to dose itself until I took off the dosing pumps. Somehow still all of my time at home is doing something around that fish tank. Love-hate.
. Gave additional thought to changing the sump and optimizing my plumbing, but decided that I should just wait until I move again and build a larger tank with more room. I'm really impressed by the work a little UV can do in a 24 hr period. Will see how long this one lasts, then certainly adding a larger one.Told you that you would like it,, best piece of equipment you can have24 hours of running 24W green machine UV it's about back to crystal clear again. Also cut down that pipe today and took out a nice portion of poly-fil plugged at the level of the gate valve,. Nice buddy there you go
