Personal Fish Food Blend?

I know a lot of people blend up there own fish food using many different types of flakes, pellets, etc. Just wondering what everyone uses, and how much they feed their reef fish. Personally I use PE mysis,
Hikari brine, nori, NLF pellets, API flakes, Bloodworms, garlic guard, and selcon.

Wow amazing. How do you tell if there are phosphates used in processing the food?

usually phosphates are used with scallops in processing, read the labels. If you buy over the counter at the store, shrimp, scallops, squid for example. It was frozen and ask to see the package that it came in, read the label.
