Pervagor melanocephalus (Orange-Tail file fish) (Your experience)?

I just purchased a Pervagor melanocephalus off of divers den. I have always steered clear of filefish due to the notorious failure rate of keeping them, but after some research on the particular species, and being experience, wanted to give it a shot. This one is apparently easier to take care of (Although not for the novice). I am just looking for advice and your experience with this fish so I can make this a success. Thank you!
