I have some sort of tube worm attached to one of my coral frags. It puts out this web near the coral. Nasty thing. Anyone knows what this is called and how to eradicate it?
Do you have a picture? Could be a vermetid snail/worm. I usually pluck the shell off with forceps to remove or some folks use a dab of superglue to seal up their hole.

Yep snap and glue. Ive single handedly had what i consider a tank crash from pests. My entire rock formation had them behind it so i didnt see them. Every morning id wake up to all my corals covered in nets.
