I just noticed this last night on one of my Millies, Non of the other SPS corals in the tank seem to be affected at all. I am going to be doing a water test here soon before the water change. Last time I saw this happen it was flat worms but I cant seem to see any on the corals.

Are you going to take it out and dip it? Have you looked with a magnifying glass? Usually tissue necrosis will start at the bottom and go all the way around. You might even want to snip it off in order to save it.

I'm going to pull it out in the morning and take a closer look and dip it, its been a crazy busy day so I didn't get to do much tank maintenance as I had hoped
