Pest I.D???

I have no idea what this thing is??? Are they harmless, dangerous has anyone els encounter these things? All i can see is that they have these polyp style mouths and they stick to the rock and glass.

They do remind me of pineapples. Thanks a lot gonna do more research on them now!
