Pest ID Please

Found this dude was crawling (more like sliding) on the glass. Its white and about 1/4 of an inch. You can see the head and two antennas type things. This is the best pic I could take.

I have all kind and all sizes of pods in my tanks and THIS IS NOT A POD.
