I am not sure what pest causes it but it leaves this cottony long tube behind.
I brush it off & I comes back again, seems to irritate my corals & smother my coraline

Tough to tell from the pic, but the description sounds like some kind of tube worm. I would suspect it's in a hole and the tube runs out of it to give it access to a higher flow area.

Theyre generally fairly benign, but if you must kill it, a little superglue in the hole will do the trick.

They look too soft to be tube worms..more like transparent with some whitish stuff plus I don't see opening or feather like creature. Posting another picture

I don't see anything here that looks like a spaghetti worm.
Most often, they have a red or orange body and tentacles.
These are spaghetti worms.
Actually, no, they are not. Those are hair worms. Yes, I know "everyone on the internet" calls them spaghetti, but spaghetti worms are terebellids and live in tubes they make out of sand and mucus, and do not normally leave the tubes. The only parts of the worm visible on the substrate surface are typically the white to slightly pinkish feeding tentacles elaborated from the head.

Hair worms are in the family Cirratulidae. Cirratulids do not live in tubes but are found living free in the sediments below the surface. They usually have reddish tentacles.

I’m referring to OPs pic of the translucent looking thing on the coralline
Yup, its the shell the worm makes with its mucus etc . I couldn't ID it either until i caught one along with the mucus like tube. Wherever they make their tubes it irritates the corals & coralline algae seems to disappear.
