These wouldn’t come in focus but you can look at the rock they are also on it aswell they are white and a bit smaller than a ball point pens tip and they curl I’m thinking bristle worms of some kind but asking anyways, if you think you can Id it feel free to comment a fix for them aswell.

Looks like they might be Spirorbid worms (hard to say for sure with them out of focus though) - harmless filter feeders, you should be able to scrape them off.

exactly right thanks guys do they harm anything in a fish only tank or any inverts that eat them? or if i let them boom will they help keep cleaner water
