Just got a new frag notice a hitch hiker is this a good guy or bad guy. Looks like a baby brittle star fish.

That’s exactly what it is, micro brittle stars stay under 3” wide generally, some species only get to about 1” at their adult size. Definitely friend for your system

I find the micro brittles can come in almost any color, brown/purple and white are the most common I see personally. Serpents don’t have as prominent of spines on their arms, so I’m not sure if it’s that, but I could be wrong
