Just received some frags today. A couple of hitchhikers. Anyone know what they are? I'm pretty much a noob, so this is probably easy?

I see a bristleworm, a brittle Starfish, and some pods

Are the starfish helpful or can they damage coral? A quick look seemed to indicate they are helpful.
