noticed my gonipora looks a little annoyed today, noticed this on it any ideas?

i notice some frills. my guess is feather duster. does it retract when touched?

Definitely a feather duster, they usually don’t bother corals that much.

I thought it was but wasn’t sure does retract when touched or blow seems right in the centre of the Goni, should I just leave it? Might be coral aggression from my big red Goni causing the issue and not that pest just wanted to rule it out

leave it be. feather dusters are harmless filter feeders.
