Pest in my tank

I’ve recently noticed pest in my tank and my corals have became unhappy, i also see bubbles on the sandbed and a lot of algae on the glass, paramaters are okay, although cant tell for phosphate or ph, its been an ongoing thing with the pest so i wanna do a tank restart. I wanted to get some advice from you more experienced guys out there as to how to approach this issue. How do i go about a restart? i’ve got a small tank, its a 13.5 fluval evo with not a lot of pieces in it. Thanks for the advice in advance

The first picture them look like flatworms get a 6line rask to take car of them I have a 5 gallon and it's doing pretty well and I had flatworms as well but my 6 line took care of the and the other looks like a Brisel worm but the one that looks brow and skin idk what that is and I would not restart your system unless it is really bad and out of control but yet I am new to this saltwater thing my self

Well ive lost 2 torches to BJD in the past month so the water quality must be butt or one of them was already infected, vermetid snails are all over the place, flatworms, bristle worms, spaghetti worms, pods, etc...its all in there, i want to go about a restart and start mixing my own water(dont trust the fish store), change carbon more often and keep track of my parameters and also, dip my corals, tank has been running for about 3 months now. I’ve done my fair share of beginner mistakes.

Those are flatworms. I still think it's much more likely your parameters are off or are swinging than it is a pest problem that's causing your trouble though. Flatworms can be dealt with without a full tank teardown, though they are annoying.

I see no reason to restart. Unless you have plenty of time, patience, and money to run a super tight QT you will never avoid pests. Flatworms are so simple to kill, I hardly consider them a pest. Flatworm Exit. Just follow the instructions precisely. Even if you have to dose twice, your cost is $10 and 1 hour.

Vermetids can be a pain to manage, but again, they are equally hard to avoid after reboot.
