Pest on Echinata Coral

Can someone ID this for me? It doesn’t appear to be a vermetid as I don’t see any mucous net. I was wondering if it was a fan worm or the like. Should it stay or go?

Possibly Flat Worms, but it is hard to tell with the blurry image
