Anyone have any idea what this hairy looking stuff growing out of my trochus snails are?

Might be a macro algae, had that on one of my Zoa frags. I’d remove it to be safe and put some peroxide on the contact point with a q-tip to be safe though.
 
Looks like hair algae or bryopsis. Scrub iff with firm toothbrush
