Acoel flatworm and not as bad as red planaria but in numbers can block light to the coral needed to produce zooxanthellae which gives them color and energy
Siphon out with a 3/8” tubing
If there a few, add a springieri damsel or yellow coris wrasse which will eat them
Looks also eggs which are very tiny

thank you, sucked the little monster up with a disposable pipette
