Most probably a bristleworm.

Bristleworm. I see then as a good member of the CuC. If they get out of hand it's usually because husbandry is lacking.

This is NOT a bristleworm but rather a dorvillidae worm which is related and a detritus eater

Even if it is a dorvillidae they are bristleworms. This is not a fireworm, but it is still a bristleworm.
Should I be worry. And remove this pest
I wouldn't worry about it. Most reef aquariums have them and they can be a beneficial member of the cleanup crew.
