Pesticides and LTAs

I have an sps dominant tank with an outbreak of aefw. But I also have a big beautiful LTA in there. There's no fish, but I have 7 nassarius snails that I would like to save if possible. The tank is a 40g breeder.
I plan to use Bayer Advance Complete.
I also have a sand bed which I would like to eliminate during the process. I can buy new sand for each dip cycle if necessary, but for cost considerations, I'd rather not.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend using Bayer in the tank. It will kill the inverts in there.
