Pests coming from Cerith Snails

Hi! I just got 3 cerith snails. I put them in the bowl and there was suddenly a bunch of pests in the water. I don’t know what these are.

That Pic when I zoom in does look like a ton of snail poop m little brown sprinkles lol. They look like they move cause if the film they attach too. If I rustle my sandbed this stuff is everywhere

It’s okay. I smushed it and put the snails in the tank
