Is this a pest or is something irritating my finger leather? All of my other corals seem to be happy and healthy, but this finger leather who has been doing great until these spots showed up.

What would be the best dip for this?
Any of the off the shelf coral dips. Or the Bayer dip If you are familiar.
You may want to leave it in the dip a little longer if they don’t die immediately and slowly increase the concentration till you see em float or stop moving.

This tank has been a mess, just had most live stock die from velvet. Just have a couple of crabs left so I am not scarred of those dying off if I can treat the whole tank

I would just give the coral a quick freshwater dip and go from there.
Freshwater dips, while it can be utilized for fish, you do not want to do with corals. Bayer can be purchased pretty much anywhere, and you dilute it in saltwater :)

Really? I've dipped all kinds of different corals in freshwater before without any problems. Hammer corals, Elegance corals etc. Due to the osmotic shock the flatworms usually fall off in a matter of seconds.

hmmm maybe it's just sps corals then? There was a post a while back, a user freshwater dipped some sps corals and they all rtn'd and died on him. I've always just done bayer mixed with saltwater dips. But if freshwater dips work then I learned something new today :)

I belive that’s correct. Thin skin on a bony body.
