Any idea what this is or what to do with it? It appeared overnight, it's the white wrinkly stuff around the coral's mouth.

Kinda looks like its guts. Has it retracted or extended at all? Has it ever been somewhere other than near its mouth? Were the mushrooms recently physically damaged (shifting rock ripping it, for example?)

It still looks pretty similar when the lights are turned on, the coral opened up a bit. It's still only around the mouth area. The mushroom shouldn't be damaged, it's been in the same spot for a couple of months now.

Here's an updated pic but it's not very visible. It seems that one of the things disappeared but the other one's still there... Do you think I should dip the coral just in case?

I think it's probably fine. If it is some kind of physical injury, a dip would probably be more harmful than beneficial. If it looks like it's spreading, multiplying, or moving around, maybe you've got more of a case to act.
