The swimming worm is likely an epitoke, which is basically a reproductive stage Polychaete (bristle worm). No idea what species.
I can't see the red dots in the second one well enough to help with an ID there, but the white tubes are feather duster worm tubes that may or may not have feather duster worms in them - those are harmless filter feeders.
