Has anyone ordered from pet mountain before? I am not sure if it’s due to pandemic, no one answers the phone or respond to email.
I placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it. Also, after the order was completed, it provided me an order confirmation on their site by I have never received an email. (My email was correct)
It seems like a legit business but then no communication.
Any inputs are greatly appreciated!
