Anyone ever buy from Pet Solutions? I was just checking them out and was curious what there reputation was.

i've ordered livestock from them on two separate times and both very very negative experiences. the first time they sent me a half dead cycloceris with some nice hair algae growing on a bunch of dead tissue. I call and they give me the ring around for about a week. The second time I order from them they send me the wrong stuff. Both times I ordered from pick of the reef and both times I was unable to reach the aquatics manager for at least a week. I did however get my money back on both occasions. Their dry goods I will order from anytime but their livestock and customer service have left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
