Yes they sell saltwater stuff. When I first got into reefs, Ed screwed me on all kinds of stuff haven't gone back since.

Ahhh, I bet that's who it is then.

I went to Ed's once or twice when I was FW only and didn't like the vibe I got and the look of the livestock and never went back.

I guess if any of you guys want to buy it and turn the place around now is your chance!

My only concern is how much is it going to cost just to get it up n running in better shape I love the idea of owning a pet store but is it worth the investment just to make it better n the right way

Yeah, $20k is just the start of the price tag on that place. I'm sure the lease is ridiculous because of the location and the place basically needs to be gutted and rebuilt.

That being said, if I was near retirement age and had $250k to play with I'd be all over that, haha.

I would take it and move it to a location that could use a store like Gadsden. I can get a heck of a lot cheaper and that would be a great start. Still you would need another 10-20K with it to get it up to snuff. All the "critters" need to be sold except the fish. Do a fresh / salt store and it would sustain itself. keep the overhead low.
