Petco - 1 to 2 day shipping, not

[Brian_68]

Have to just shake my head ordered Petco for a non-urgent drygood and was promised 1-2 day shipping. They shipped it UPS Surepost from all the way across the country and is over a week for delivery. They had no intention of meeting their delivery time from the start with that option.

Yikes, Surepost is definitely not a 1/2 day option unless shipping in immediate vicinity. Pretty sure it’s the absolute cheapest UPS option as well.

8 days after their original promise delivery date. It is one thing if there are carrier issues, it is another to promise 1-2 day shipping then use UPS Surepost from across the country.
