@Rob Freeman in most cases that is true (if it was a purchased gift cert or promotional Petco event)
Last Spring, while working through the migration process, there were some Drs. Foster and Smith credits and Gift Certs that were transferred to use on Petco. Those are the cases where we are able to work with Petco to void the value and allow use on Live Aquaria. Thank you for inquiring and have a great day!
