They're still on the right path, both looking better and eating

So cool! How big are they? It’s hard to tell from the pictures. Dori looks pretty small.

Yep, mix them together. Should note though, to thaw and drain the food before adding a few drops of selcon and the meds and mixing well. Then allow to sit 20-30 minutes before feeding.

Kudos for the effort.

I personally would rather see those 2 in your 55g with your dedication then in a 280 that someone doesn't care about. If they are small it would be a long time before you would have to worry about the tank not being big enough.

I'd love to do that, if I could. The new blue tang is about 1/3 the size of my current one. I'll probably be able to upgrade the tank in about a year. Opinions?

Yes, you can add selcon to the food.
Thank you both. Also, how much food should I use to make it up? I'm using the frozen cubes of pe mysis

Oh... I missed the post saying you already had one... That might be tough.
This is my current setup. There are a lot of hiding places and room to swim for it only being a 55. I think @Big G mentioned somewhere in here that they may be able to get along if they are different sizes. But if it could be a problem I don't want to risk it

I told the kid down the street not to buy from Petco unless you quarantine, needles to say the 2 fish he bought infected the whole tank causing a total wipe out....

This seems to be the case almost anywhere these days.

I found out about that too when I learned what flukes are from the folks on here. Luckily I was able to save everyone

I use one cube at a time
Just one more question and then I'll try to leave you alone for a little bit lol. I was reading the article Humblefish posted about using metro and that it's reef safe if used with focus. Since I had flukes in my dt, would it maybe be a good idea to just feed all of my fish the medicated food for 14 days or do you think it would not be necessary? I haven't noticed any white stringy poop or any other signs of other parasites

The medicated food won’t help with flukes. It will target any internal parasites though. The best way to eradicate flukes from a DT is a 4 week fallow period.
